Kenneth helped me out with servicing my Furnaces. He was friendly and knowledgeable and did an excellent job. I would recommend him again.

Came out same day to fix my furnace. They diagnosed it and their price was half of a previous quote. Technician adjusted my settings so the heat pump would still run until the part came in. Part came in the next morning and they my system up and running by lunch. Very smooth and trustworthy prices.

They were great. Our heat went out on the weekend during below freezing temps. I was able to schedule an appointment via their prompt answering service. We have a maintenance contract with Clout who not only didn't answer their phone but didn't even bother to return either of my messages. Our tech was very good and professional. I appreciated him wearing shoe coverings without being asked as I have a crawling baby. Needless to say, we will be switching our maintenance agreement.

They do a great job, much better than the other large HVAC servicing company we worked with previously. The tech they sent out, Nick, was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with!

Very quick and professional. The girl I spoke to Jennifer was extremely knowledgeable and helpful on the phone and updated me thought the visit as to when parts would arrive and got my heat back going no problem. Steve knew exactly what was wrong as soon as he got here and fixed it super fast. High praise to the PV team! During a fall/winter maintenance check Joseph M. discovered a noise coming from the inducer motor in my furnace. He quickly worked with his team to order the part so a repair could happen quickly. Not long after this I received a text to schedule the repair appointment. Michael C. responded and quickly made the repair as well as thoughtfully answered my questions.

PV Heating and Air replaced both furnaces in my Mom's home. The company exceeded our expectations. The day before the work began they sent a technician to evaluate the job to determine what was needed. The next day a team of three arrived. They were on time, professional, respectful of the property, and provided stellar customer service. They were shoe covers in the home because she has hard wood floors.

They placed a protective cover on the floor before placing the furnace down. They even cleaned up after they picked up the covers! Pricing can't be beat. I highly recommend this company because they did an outstanding job, very thorough, and professional. Selecting another company as the old cliche goes you get what you pay for but if your home deserves the best PV Heating & Air is the company to call! Eric Black and Nick Staples did a great job putting in a brand new AC system in the attic of my 70s townhouse! Definitely a tricky install but they got it done in the expected window and left no mess. No complaints.

I just had my hvac replaced. Everything is going great so far. I will update my review once I get a chance to truly evaluate the system as it is a beautiful 70 degrees right now and no heat or cooling needed. So far everyone has been professional from the consultant to the technicians.

This is the first time I have used PV Heating & Air, and it was an emergency. The other company I have been using was just not responsive. Jeff is absolutely amazing. He's calm, he listens, he takes his time, he troubleshoots, and he's just awesome to speak with regarding ongoing issues. He definitely upholds the PV reputation and I'd always prefer him to come back. Zero disappointment and major respect for his expertise.

I had to replace my upstairs heat pump July 2022, as my old system was 14 years old and completely dead. Everything about PV from sales (ask for James) to installation (Dustin, Neal & Christian) to office phone person (Jai) was top notch. I got five quotes and spent two weeks researching products and companies, but in the end there was no other choice but PV. Having a salesperson (James) who was previously a technician is invaluable to understanding the options and choosing the right system.

Also PV does two things others don't - 1) a load analysis up front to make sure you're getting the correct size (mine was actually too large, a 3.5 ton when a 3 was plenty big enough as the analysis was for 2.7) and 2) a quality check of the installers work after everything is up and running. My neighbor was about to get a new unit also and had already researched and decided, but when she heard about my experience, she met with James and went with PV also. They aren't the cheapest in price, but they definitely offer the most value for your money because the service is so good and they do everything the right way.

PV Heating and Air Conditioning is an awesome service provider. If you are considering replacing your HVAC unit(s), you must try PV! I purchased two new units from PV after two other companies visited and serviced my old units. With both of those other companies, I felt as if I was being scammed and being taken advantage of because I was a woman. One company attempted to sell (lease) me one unit for more than the cost of two units I bought from PV.

While the other company tried to sell a used unit with no serial number as a new unit. PV was different. Extremely different! I knew that after the company's owner called me personally ON A SATURDAY to do a phone assessment of my needs and the urgency. After speaking with me and understanding my needs, he escalated my appointment by six days! After my initial PV-experience which included the call from the owner and a home visit from my sales representative, James, I realized this company was on an entirely different level.

Their professionalism, expertise, genuine decency and honesty, was consistent even after I signed the contracts. Five months after buying the first unit, I bought the second. Both transactions, were consistent with PV's commitment to honest, professional, expert services and energy efficiency which saves me monthly on my utility costs. The unit pricing was extremely fair for the two Trane units.

The maintenance and bi-annual services thereafter have been phenomenal as well. PV boasts a courteous and professional team from the operator that answers your first call, to the business and accounting team members, to the consultants performing energy assessments, to the no-gimmicks sales person, to the installers, and the maintenance teams. They are such experts that three days after the installation, a quality control manager does a thorough site check of the inside and outside unit. Thank you all: James, Jason, Gabrielle, Ashley, Matt, Moses, Paux, Junior, Jacob, Adrian,...
