The history of Q Vision dates back to 1996, the dawn of the laser vision correction era, when Lanny B. Hale, M. D. And J. Charles Casebeer, M. D. Brought the 1st vision correction laser to Scottsdale. The two practiced together as Casebeer-Hale International Eye Center for few years until Dr. Casebeer left to pursue teaching and business interests and Dr. Hale changed the name of the practice to Hale Vision Correction Center. Tariq Qamar, M. D. Joined the practice in 2001, and in 2003 a formal partnership was set up and the practice was renamed Hale-Qamar Cataract and LASIK Center.
