I had previously called a different company and they never got back to me. I think the universe has way of working things out. The communication with Queen City Pet Setting has been EFFORTLESS! They are very receptive and responsive to messages and inquiries. Rose is my dog walker and she's a great comfort to me with my new puppy. She sends me notifications of how things are going. When my puppy was sick, she even texted me on her day off! I'm very thankful for this company and the employees

I have had very positive experiences with QC Pet Sitting. Our sitter Jeremy is wonderful! He texted me updates and pictures of our dog during his visits, and he spent extra time and showed lots of patience when he was being temperamental. Stacey is very responsive and has provided several ways of getting in touch with her or a staff member if needed. Highly recommend!

Victoria is our walker, she is great with our senior dog who requires a little extra care. She texts updates, pictures and videos every time she comes by, it's wonderful and it gives us piece of mind! We couldn't ask for a better walker!

My emails always got a quick responses and their sitters are great. My cat has separation anxiety and Hailey did very well with him. Her schedule was flexible and she was excellent to work with.

I cannot rave enough about how much I LOVE Queen City Petsitting! I wanted to give a shout out to Ms Genny! She was. A W E S O M E! She took great care of all my precious kitties, and sent me daily texts letting me know that they were all ok, and that they were starting to warm up to her. That in itself, a HUGE thing! When I came back from the trip to CA, I walked in, the house was clean, the cats were like so CHILL, that told me that they were well cared for, as they were not freaked out, or upset or anything.

Next time I need to leave and I need a pet sitter, I will ONLY WANT GENNY! I just cannot say enough about her. You are very lucky to have such a compassionate, caring, hardworking woman like her! She should be proud of herself. I immediately sent her a text telling her how happy I was with her, but I wanted to let you know that because of her, you have one very VERY happy, satisfied customer here!

I was out of town and my husband called to say he had to unexpectedly travel as well- and we had no pet sitter for our little pug. I reached out to Queen City and had a response within 10 minutes! They then had me in touch with a sitter within 15 minutes and a scheduled appointment to have her meet my husband later that day. I don't know that I have ever had such responsive customer service!

We love Genny- as does Gia. She sends me a note after every visit, let me know when she notices one of our cars might have an oil leak, it's just such a caring level of service. I can't say enough about the professional level of service you will experience when using Queen City Pet Sitting!

We had the best first time experience with Queen City Petsitting. The sitter came over before our trip to get to know us and our older dog (who requires insulin shots, pills, is blind & needs frequent bathroom breaks). She did a great job while we were away and sent us frequent updates so we knew he was in good hands. She was responsive and treated our dog like he was her own! That's all you need!

I have had a wonderful experience with QCP! I am a helicopter dog parent and felt my two monsters were well taken care of. My sitter was even willing to stay overnight with them one weekend while I was away. Loved the silly pictures and updates I received daily as requested and plan to use them for as long as I'm in Charlotte! When I first moved here from a Raleigh I was using Rover and had a difficult time finding someone who was available when needed or available to take more than 1 dog at a time (I have 2).

Sometimes I would line up the appointment and they'd cancel last minute! Now I never worry even for last minute plans. Very reliable, and they take the frustration out of finding a reliable boarding option.

Queen City Pet Sitters did an excellent job with my lab mix puppy. I loved getting the daily pictures about her walks and visits. It was reassuring to know she was in excellent hands!

I recently used Queen City Pet Sitting Charlotte to watch our 4 rescue cats. Two of the cats required special needs (medicine) with detailed instructions. The sitter we were assigned, Rachel, did an excellent job with all of our cats and ensured that the 2 that needed the medicine received it as instructed. She was prompt, sent texts when she arrived and left daily, and also sent me daily pictures to ensure that our cats were being cared for properly. I felt completely at ease while I was away, and will be using them in the future. Excellent company!

We love Queen City Petsitting! They were very quick to find my boys the perfect fit. We've been so happy with their service and highly recommend them. Even when our sitter got hurt, he made sure that he could still get there to let my dogs out-very dedicated sitters and couldn't be happier!

I've used Queen City Petsitting for a little over a year, and they are fabulous! Last weekend, I was in a pinch and needed a sitter for the same day I made the reservation. They worked quickly to ensure I got a sitter for my dog and two cats that day. Each sitter that has watched our pets has been great - keeping us updated on how the pets are doing and even sending pictures! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Queen City Petsitting of Charlotte is wonderful! James has been walking my Newfie for almost a year now, and it is clear that he cares a lot about dogs. I get a text, picture of my dog, and a screenshot of their walk route every day. I also use QCP in place of boarding when I go out of town, and I know that my dog is well-loved and cared for! I use Queen City 5 days a week for my little baby Dachshund. Queen City is dependable and so easy to communicate with. James at the reservation desk is SO nice and easy to work with. He is so flexible and has found backup and replacement dog walkers for me on multiple occasions. My dog and I LOVE Margie, our dog walker, and she is extremely dependable.

I trust her 100% and feel so relaxed at work every day knowing that she is coming to take care of my little girl! I just started using Queen City Petsitting the past couple of weeks. I've been very impressed with the ease in scheduling, billing, and the service provided by the associates. I hesitate to use her name (Jill) because I don't want anyone to steal her away! The dogs love her and they're always well taken care of. Furthermore, I'm always kept in the loop as to what's happening and she goes above and beyond what's required. Sure beats boarding them, as my pets are getting up there in age. Great service overall, and I continue to use them often.

I have been using Queen City Petsitting for almost 2 years now for the care of my bunny Oreo. Kristian Jones has been our caretaker, and he has always done a wonderful job. He is absolutely reliable, easy to reach, flexible, and a very pleasant person. Our bunny has always been well fed and clean in his care. Not only does Kristian care for the bunny, cleans his litter boxes and all the areas around, he also picks up our mail and keeps an eye on the house in general.

My husband and I have always received daily messages from Kristian, about how Oreo was doing, while we were on vacation, which made our kids very happy. We never had to worry about a thing!
