Quest Investigations and Consultants, Ltd. Started operations in January, 1994. The Quest team consists of former IRS Criminal Investigators and Revenue Agents, a retired police lieutenant of a huge metropolitan city, and a senior county criminal investigator. Combined, we currently have more than 150 years of investigative experience. Quest is licensed as a Private Detective Agency by the State of Minnesota and is insured and bonded for your protection.
