We do swimming pools one at a time. We build one and finish it and then build another. We do not start seven or eight and then leave a mess in our back yard. When we dig a hole we stay until we are finished. We do not use sub contractors. We do everything ourselves from the beginning to finish. This is how we control quality and the amount of time we spend at your place. We do not hire temporary summer aid. Our team are trained specialists. Building inground swimming pools is their career. Our foreman has been with the firm for thirteen years. On average our employees have been with the firm for ten years.
