When you get here, one of our specialists will explain the problem to you and give you an accurate estimate of when you will be able to pick up your car from our shop. We have most of the parts necessary to service your car and if we don't have the specialty part, we can use our connections with ACDelco (or whichever parts supplier we put in additional details) to get you that part in a timely and price efficient manner. If it is Randy or another specialist, your car will be repaired by professionals that are well versed and have up to date auto repair training.

Seriously, I've been using Randy's Mobile since 1999, I have a carpet cleaning business and no other shop has touched any of my vehicles or that of my friends and family. To say the technicians are the best is no stretch of the truth, detail oriented, every option is presented, Randy and JR are simply the best at what they do.

This is one of those overdue reviews. Randy and the crew were communicative, thorough, and go the extra mile to get things right. They were also super nice to me even though I showed up on the wrong day, with a fuel leak, no less.
Even though my early arrival was quite the deviation from their well managed schedule, they kindly got the vehicle into a safe enough state that I could leave and come back on the right day. At that point, they troubleshot a tricky brake system and an even trickier injector line system (turns out uhaul got "special" lines for their old e-350s). Turns out you can't order those. I was impressed because 1. they figured that out in the first place, and 2. they magically modified a standard e-350 line and made it work (!)
Thank you for being so kind, professional, and doing a great job. I don't know that any other shop would've been able to keep this thing safely running.

Randy and his team were awesome to work with. They were easy to work with and conducted the repairs quickly. Very good communication with what items could be handled under my warranty and what items I had to pay for directly. During pickup Randy provided fantastic insight into questions I had around trailer storage as well as outlining best practices for running the generator and battery lVery much appreciate the high quality work they did on the trailer and going the extra mile.
