The line was original to the house and had been told previously from another company it would need to be replaced. Mark reaffirmed this was the case and provided us with an estimate that seemed on par with the level of work that needed to be done. He was patient in explaining what needed to be done and what he would do to address the problem. Within a few days he and an assistant were back at the house and wow, what a nice job they did.

They were kind of my eyes and ears and they took a look at his situation in his house and the space he had and the ease of use and they really made some really great recommendations that we ended up following up on and then they got everything installed and everything is looking really well. There isn't additional cost. We gone out thinking that they were going to install a reverse osmosis system that I had already purchased but it was a complicated system which they recognized right away when they went out that that wouldn't be a good system for him plus it was too big to install under the sink so we ended up getting a different system that is smaller and simpler for him to maintain.
