Realty Property Management

The information above is an explanation of our full management service. The fee for these services is located upon the number of units managed. 1-5 units, the fee is 9% of the monthly rent collected. 6 or more units please contact our office of a quote of the management fee. This service includes advertising, showing of the unit, screening and processing of credit reports, completing all necessary paperwork and collecting 1st months rent and security deposit. The fee for these services is 50% of a complete months rent. Once the tenant moves in, the owner assumes management of the property.
