Michael did everything.he was asked to do and did it in a very professional manner. And thank you for getting him out here so quickly to get our leak fixed.

The after hours service went like clock work. When I called the service took my information and the tech responded back with 10 minutes and exsplained the process and the fees along with giving me a available time because he was on another job. Once finshed with the other job the tech called to let me know arrival time and was there in that time. Once at my house he explained what was going on and was very professional and fixed the problem. Great tech.

Sam did a great job in explaining what he was doing and showing the camera feed with commentary on what we were seeing.

Reeds plumbing provides a 10/10 service every time. Highly recommend you use this company. In a business where attention to detail and honesty is of the upmost importance, Reeds comes through again and again. It's been great working with this business as they make it a team effort every time. They have done plenty of in home repairs and a ton of plumbing inspections when purchasing a home.

Reeds converted my wood fireplace to gas this week. I couldn't have been more pleased. They came out and quoted the day after my call and came in at $850 less than the first quote I had. They started work the day after that and the tech that performed this was as professional as anyone I could have hoped for. I had 90 feet of gas pipe installed, along with 2 outside shutoff valves and an inside valve next to the fireplace, in the floor, controlled by a key. Looks great! Finally, they sent a city inspector out the next day to ensure everything was done up to code. Warm fuzzies for me. Thanks, Reeds!

My family and I have always had the best experiences with Reed's Plumbing.

Brent and Justin were great! Competent, considerate and effective. Found and fixed leak in water supply system, excavated in wet ground and left very little mess. Highly recommended!

They cleaned our sewer out which had not been done in who knows how long and he did a great job considering the mess it was.

I know how to do my own plumbing however I had a water main burst in the foundation wall that I could not fix on my own. I called two different companies to come out and give me bids to replace the whole waterline. Reeds was $500 cheaper then the other company. They were able to call the office and give me a squeezed in four days earlier than the other company was going to because they care about their customers.

I also checked their work and they did everything correctly. They wrapped the Watermain going into the house to prevent movement abrasion on the foundation wall from movement from turning the water on and off and also put in a ball shut off valve. The guys that came out we're very nice and professional. I would recommend them to everyone who needs work done. This is an honest company that does good quality work and that's really hard to come by.

I have had another company come out to my house twice now, once because tree roots were growing in my pipe, and once because my A/C drain pipe was overflowing. The other company's solution? Dig out my pipe in the back yard ($4600 quote), dig out concrete and put new pipe inside for A/C drain (expensive). Reeds came out to give a second opinion both times.

Both times Robert came out and did an excellent job. He was quick, thorough and did a much better job than the previous company. He made sure everything was working before he left, and the service was much less expensive. But most importantly, he gave me maintenance options and did not recommend the extreme options that the other company did. I will only be calling Reeds from here on.

Don't waste your time calling other company's call reeds first. I tried a company that i thought could get the job done but after trying a bit to unclog my drain they said couldn't be done had to run a new pipe wanted to charge me thousands so I tried reeds. They came out next day unclogged it in no time only regret I got is not calling them first. Outstanding reeds great job and great customer service!

Excellent experience with the plumbers from this locally owned and operated company. We learned a lesson the hard way to stay with the company who has served us well in the past. The plumbers who worked in our home, Matt & Wayne, were very professional and honest in their assessment of our problem. They are an excellent example of what customer service should be. They represent Reed's well. If you have a plumbing issue do not hesitate to call Reed's.

Meter to house leak in our yard. This company was the only company out of the three estimates received that could do the work without digging up the entire yard from meter to house. Plus, the owner showed up to give the estimate and was efficient and knowledgeable. Also, the workers showed good manners and did not use any bad language. Thanks Reed's!
