Rehab Services is a privately owned firm with headquarters in Winnemucca, Nevada. The firm started with one physical therapist, Demarah Backus Gray, who opened the Winnemucca clinic in 1991. Since that time, the operation has extended to include seven locations in Nevada and Idaho where clinicians supply physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech-language pathology in five outpatient clinics. Rehab Services supplies care at four hospitals, four long-term care facilities and seven school districts as well as through a range of home health agencies and community health programs.
