20 yo furnace started acting up - Jerry stopped by to do a check-up and found some MAJOR problems that could've turned into a mess and a half. Calmly walked us through not only the problems, but multiple solutions as well. Was professional the whole way through. Deided on a replacement instead a piecemeal fix, wasn't inappropriately upsold. Really appreciate the company and of course Jerry.

Hope to update the review after the install (which by yhe way will happen only 12 hours after the 1st visit!) Edit: next day, Brandon and Ryan did a fantastic full install, furnace and AC - friendly, super professional, knowledgeable dudes. Glad we picked Reimer!

We originally placed an emergency service call on an off day and time through the phone service. The response was delayed and we eventually canceled the call and called during regular business hours. All the service technicians we met with were professional, knowledgeable, thorough and detailed. We will continue to use Reimer for our home repairs.

Scott came over to determine what work needed to be done. Very professional and provided safety check on boiler system. The very next day they were able to send Quintin to install a new boiler and fixing leaking baseboard. They understood our urgency since there was water leaking from our baseboard. Friendly, kind, great customer service, even when our kids and pup wanted to say a quick hello. We have used them for years and will continue to do so. 5 star service every time

James was the tech who handled my visit and diagnostic with a furnace not turning on. Very pleasant, very professional and explained things along the way. Explained in a way I could clearly understand and absorb as he tested different components to the furnace. Service:Heating system repair

They called me to confirm my appointment and I was at my moms doctor appointment that took a bit longer than usual due to a new system they were using. I informed the lovely lady on the call, and she was so nice and moved my appointment down and sent the staff to another appointment to give me time to get home. While not being upset which is superb.

Then when my repair guy came Derrick very professional, introduced himself and ask how I was doing and ask if I had any questions for him. We went over all the questions and then he started checking the furnace. Afterwards, Derrick was very thorough in explaining the process of buying a new furnace from the basic standard to the high efficiency one. It was a great experience minus the bad news that I needed a new furnace but this made it easier to process the news. Thank you

I can't say enough about Reimer. As a company they are so responsive and knowledgeable. I had James C come out to do maintenance on my AC. He was so patient and taught me so much! He was thorough, he gave me options and he wasn't pushy at all. Truly a valuable experience all around. Update- I had an issue with my AC David M came out took care of the problem. Explained everything and gave me a plan moving forward. I cannot say enough about this company and David.

Our technician was very knowledgeable about our furnace and showed us what was going on in our furnace. We were very pleased with his explanation of everything. We are going to have a new furnace put so we will be warm this winter. Thank you Scott for your help. We would recommend Reimer to any one that needs service for their furnace. We now have a new furnace system installed in our home.

A big thank you to Nick and his 2 helpers for putting the new furnace in and they even put new smoke detectors and combination co/smoke detectors in. Thank you Reimer for having very nice technicians.

Andrew and Eddie serviced my 14-year-old furnace today. They made recommendations on how to prolong the life of my furnace, and also provided options for a new system. After careful consideration I decided to have a new system installed. They were extremely helpful and honest. This is the old furnace that will be replaced in two days. Michael Warren is an amazing technician. He has been in my home several years now working on maintenance for my boiler and previously on my generator. He is very knowledgeable and detailed. He takes his time to ensure everything is up and running. He also picks up on things that may not be right in the home, shares the information and takes the time to explain what needs to be done to correct the issue. Mike also keeps the work area clean and leaves the space the same condition as when he arrived. Mike is a true asset to the company!

I heard the add on the radio and took advantage of the great deal.they were both courteous and professional, they answered my questions and did a great job. Gavin and his coworker (sorry. forget his name) are quite a team! They were great! Installed a new furnace for me today. Said it could take 8 hours. they were done in 4! Friendly, polite and definitely knowledgeable!

Zack Extremely ambitious, courteous, hard-working. He serviced my air-conditioning unit today on my service plan. He took all the panels off, showed me all that he was doing explained the filter needing change how to do it. He clean the coils tested the unit. Then he went outside. Did a thorough cleaning of my outside AC unit He tested the coolant levels: He also checked that electrical was working properly. He really earned my respect felt very good about his evaluation. Adam Bogart was awesome. He was patient and very easy to talk to. He explained the entire process and made recommendations. From the beginning this company has gone above and beyond to help us out. There are three separate technicians that had worked with us, Zach, Andrew and Dave. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They let me know exactly what needed to be done and what our options were and worked with us to make sure we were satisfied. Performed the service. he was punctual, professional, meticulous in his work and ensured quality assurance. We are very pleased with the results and would recommend Reimer and their workmanship.

Went with Reimer due to first hand accounts from a few different people. We got an estimate on a Monday, took a few days to make a decision, and they were able to come out the following Friday to do the AC install. They were on time and texted when they were leaving the earlier job that day so that we knew when to expect them. Install was fairly quick considering they needed to run electrical, the AC lines, place the pad and AC compressor, etc.

The consultant Mr. Rosso was very experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. The technicians Todd and Blake were efficient and friendly and did quality work. Everyone made it a priority to get our work done within 48hrs of call.

Zach was a great technician! He thoroughly and tentatively went through our AC unit to make sure everything was running well and also made recommendations for preventative maintenance. I am very pleased with Reimer Heating & Cooling. I had placed an emergency service request on a Sunday night and James Costianes responded immediately to my request for service. He was able to identify the issue and replace the part the same night of the call. He was professional and thoroughly explained the issue to me. This is the first time in the 16 years that I've owned my home that I've required cooling repair and I will be using Reimer going forward, and specifically requesting James C for maintenance services.

I had a pretty serious plumbing issue and called Reimer. Never dealt with them before and this has been a very good experience. Knowledgeable helpful friendly employees. This has been a trying issue for me but their responsiveness to me and my situation helped me handle it well. They were here 3 days total and everyone was just fabulous. Definitely keeping them for future issues or projects.

Andrew came within a few hours of my call to them. My air conditioning was not working properly. He diagnosed the issues and determined I needed a new unit. While here I asked him to look at my furnace also as it it older and has given me a few problems this past winter. We discussed the problems and decided it was best to change both units out at this time.

He spent a lot of time explaining the cost and cost effectiveness of different units. He helped me with financing it so it will work best for me. He is very compassionate and knowledgeable about his job. I would Recommend him to anyone. The picture is my room temp when he came out, will post another once it's installed.

Our air conditioning system was not working properly and Reimer sent technician Andrew Westpfahl out to our home to diagnose the issue. After looking everything over, he did a great job in explaining the situation and all our options to resolve the problem. My wife and I decided to go with a brand new furnace and A/C system for peace of mind and Andrew went above and beyond to get us set up.

The following morning they sent an installation crew (Gavin Zaczek and Tyler Barnes) out to begin the job. These guys did a fantastic job of installing the new A/C system, furnace, and digital thermostat. They also did such a good job cleaning up, that you wouldn't even know an installation took place. These technicians were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and experienced. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Reimer - hands down, the best there was, the best there is, and the best there ever will be!

This company was top Notch in customer service from start to finish. I started researching air conditioning installation and they were recommended to me through Lowe's. They immediately set up an appointment with me to come out and have a consultation with me. John from Reimer was an amazing educator for me in my new house. He had me stay by him every step of the way and he showed me everything that he was going to do and everything that needed to be done.

He provided me an even better financing option then I thought I was getting through the Lowe's credit card. He qualified me for financing through Wells Fargo. Within four days he had the air conditioning installation date. The two young guys that came to my house were Tyler and Gavin. Again, top-notch people and they showed me everything they did and educated me on the system.

They finish the job in about five hours. My house has never had AC before and they did a seamless job. The unit looks beautiful outside and it's nice and clean on the inside. They left me confident in how to use my AC system and very cool. I am fully satisfied with my selection and I would highly recommend them to anyone

We had a furnace, hot water tank and sump pump replaced on two different occasions due to equipment failure. They were friendly, professional and experienced. Quick response. Explained everything in detail. What they quote you is what you pay. Highly recommend.
