We live in Washougal, WA and have some oriental rugs of a large size that are too difficult for us to move, transport and reset after cleaning. Renaissance is willing for a very nominal fee to delivery the rug after cleaning and place in the room where it has come.
We also have used them to repair two rugs that belonged to my grandmother so much be over a hundred years old. They did on both of these rugs a beautiful job: one needed work on binding and the other needed some thin, weak areas rewoven.

When Renaissance returned the rug to us, it was impossible to find the ares that had been repaired. They did an excellent job. Sadly, they declined an offer to take our dog. I highly recommend Renaissance Rug for damaged rugs. They made our rug like new.

Randy and the team at Renaissance are extremely knowledgeable about fine carpets, their dyes, how they are constructed, and how to clean and care for them. They are adept at repairs as well, spotting existing problems and identifying potential trouble spots that need preventative attention. They clearly care about their work - and every carpet that comes into their store. I've recently been back to get my rugs cleaned after dealing with frequent urination on my rugs by my two dogs. My efforts to clean it up only seem to make it worse and the smell was unbearable. Whenever people came over I apologized for the urine smell. After being cleaned by Renaissance Rug Cleaning, my rugs and my house no longer smell like dog pee and I feel confident inviting people over again.

The Turkish rug that I brought to Renaissance Rug Cleaning had numerous rips and holes in it. It has a lot of sentimental value, but I wasn't very hopeful that it could be made new again. Renaissance Rug Cleaning worked miracles with it! It looks amazing and the price was extremely reasonable. Value for Money
