Residex

On April 30, 2004 Residex was established by the owner and CEO, Christopher Donaghy and a group of industry-related investors. Residex, formerly traded as Residex Corporation with corporate headquarters in Clark, NJ. Residex Corporation was established in 1946 by J. E. Sameth, the founder of Western Termite and Pest Control Company of Parsippany, NJ. On March 8, 2004, Western Industries entered into an agreement of sale with the Rollins Company, owner of Orkin Pest Control Company of Atlanta, GA.
