Rhymes did a great job troubleshooting, quoting, and installing our new AC and furnace. They were able to get a tech, Adam, dispatched quickly to provide a diagnosis. Steve did a great job providing us options and scheduling our installation the same week. Ron and Matt very quickly installed the new unit which we're very happy with. It looks extremely professional and they answered all my questions. I'd definitely recommend using Rhymes.

We have worked with Rhymes Heating and Cooling for many years and are always pleased with their service. This time our furnace had gone out, just before Christmas. However we had many of our adult children returning home for the holidays (we have six). But with the weather turning colder needed it replaced fast. We paid a small fee to make that happen but were so pleased they were able to accommodate our needs before the holiday. We cannot tell you how much we have appreciated a working furnace during this cold snap!

David And Antonio we're fast on Removing the old system and installation of my new heat pump system they were very professional friendly and left my home in better condition than it was when they got there I would highly recommend Rhymes heating and cooling to anybody that needs a system installed or repairs made these two guys are definitely Professional at what they do thank you again

Darren (office staff) called to set up an appointment bright and early. A cheerful voice first thing in the morning was welcomed. Adam (the technician) was on time as promised. From my last two experiences with technicians providing a different kind of service, was not too pleasing. However, Adam was excellent and personable. He even expressed empathy for my deceased wife from cancer 5 months ago.

They did a good job, start to finish. Took time to explain. Very professional at the same time friendly and polite. There were three gentleman for the work and all of them were excellent. They even submitted for the Product registration, any rebates etc.

They came out quickly and the initial install was started within 3 days of signing a contract. They were quick and professional. Bad weather prevented the AC install from being completed, but since it was in the middle of winter we didn't really mind. Once the weather cleared they came back out and finished the job. I would not hesitate to call them again.
