From start to finish Ridgeline exceeded my expectations. Before the job started Jackson came out and explained the process and answered my numerous questions. The crew showed up as planned, did a great job and left the site as they found it. Afterwards Jackson came back for quality control and checked up on me these last few weeks in the heavy rain. I can't thank the folks at Ridgeline enough for coming to inspect what appeared to be a problem area on my roof. What I want to commend them for is for NOT doing any work for me. As a home owner things like roof damage can cause quite a fright knowing the potential costs and complete life upheaval that can be involved. The folks from Ridgeline inspected the roof and took time to help me understand what was occurring and that there was no need to be concerned and what I should watch out for in the future. Honesty is a quality that is difficult to put a price on. Please consider using Ridgeline for your future roofing and other needs.

Johnny Pugh was an exceptional person to work with. He was professional, quick to respond, and extremely helpful while dealing with my insurance company. He came out to view the job quickly and when he said he would. He scheduled the work and had workers out when he said he would. The crew did a wonderful job and the roof looks amazing. The entire job site was cleaned up, as well. I highly recommend Ridgeline Construction and would definitely use this company again.

Extremely satisfied with Ridgeline in both workmanship and customer attention. Johnny Pugh has been particularly supportive. He was the first to respond to my request for quote and provide expert advice and guidance throughout the process to ensure the roofing options at my disposal were well understood and met my needs. Team was thorough and rapid in execution and tidy throughout the effort. Refuse was picked up and disposed of daily so worksite remained clean and presentable throughout effort. Strongly recommend them for any roofing needs.

After finding a leak in my roof near the chimney, Ridgeline came out and took a look to check on what was causing the problem. Ridgeline had a young guy named Jason come out and worked all day in reconstructing the area around the chimney and no further leaks have been found. Thanks to Johnny and Jason of Ridgeline for fixing the problem, you guys are great.

I can't say enough good things about the outstanding job Ridgeline Construction did on our roof! It looks awesome. People in the neighborhood said it looks like a new house! From the first point of contact with their project manager, Jackson Vaughn, to the end has been a very pleasant experience! Jackson was great to keep us informed about everything! Very prompt and fast. Cleaned up the yard! We love it!

Just had my roof replaced by Ridgeline Construction and it was a first class job done in the most professional way possible. Incredibly polite, considerate and hard working employees that did a big job (3 structures) in just two days. They left my house neater and cleaner than it was when they first arrived. Clean and efficient you won't go wrong with Ridgeline. Johnny was very helpful and did everything he said he would do. I have been skeptical of online reviews as to their authenticity but trust me the reviews about Ridgeline are spot on. Great company!

Ridgeline did an outstanding job on a repair & roof replacement job at our home on Smith Lake. A tree fell on the house in a late spring storm, damaging the roof, soffits, gutters, and siding. The completed repair looks fantastic, and the process - from quote to our final payment - was first rate. Working with Jackson was a blessing! Since this is a lake home, Ridgeline went the extra mile in clean up to insure no roofing nails were left to pierce flip flops.
In addition, we noticed a spot in the driveway but weren't sure what it was. We guessed it was construction related. Before we could reach out to Ridgeline, a gentlemen showed up to pressure wash this part of the driveway. This level of integrity and customer service deserves 7 stars, but I'm limited to 5. We already have neighbors asking for Ridgeline's contact information!

Really impressed with everything. Johnny Pugh stayed on top of the contractors and we really appreciate how thorough the job is. We had a leak in our roof by the cricket and the fireplace and they replaced 100% of the rotted wood. No leaks now and it's under warranty!

Work crew were professional, worked quickly and efficiently, taking the old roof off in short order. New underlayment went down quickly, and the crew quickly put the new shingles on ensuring all courses were straight, then when the job was done did an excellent job of policing the ground around the house for nails and trash. Highly recommended!
