Rjshepard Construction

R. J. Shepard began within the construction trades at about 12 years old. He began helping his Father with his floor covering business during the summer months. At 18 years old, he went to work for a huge commercial drywall firm, where he soon became the laborer lead man. He joined a well known truss firm and soon became the floor truss lead man. He worked with his Uncles construction firm for few years. He worked for a well known construction firm that specialized in school remodeling. He worked in the carpenters union building bridges.
