Growing up on James Island, Rob attended Porter-Gaud School and graduated from James Island High School where he was president of his senior class and was voted Most Valuable Senior by his teachers and his classmates. At The Baptist College, now Charleston Southern University, Rob earned a perspective for balance. There he completed a degree in business while leading intramural sports, serving in student government, and heading the concert committee.
