read moreI found that I had a small leak in my roof. After researching roof repair companies I chose Rodas because of the reviews that I read. Chris came out and looked at my roof. He found that I had a wind damage and Recommended that I file a claim with my insurance. He met the insurance adjuster at at my house and talked with him showed time of the damage. The insurance adjuster agreed and and therefore my insurance replaced my roof. I would not have thought to call my insurance or file a call my insurance or file a claim so it was very helpful that Chris came out and looked at things and described what the damage was.
The roof replacement was scheduled. The team arrived on time and they completed the replacement in one day. The yard was cleaned up well when they were done.
I am very pleased with Chris and the roof replacement crew. Chris made this whole situation situation easy to manage.

One of them was overpriced (wanted to add an entire extra layer of plywood, refused to consider job without it), one was from someone who never climbed up on the roof and seemed desperate to get me to sign-up immediately.
Only Rodas Construction's Chris Holland was able to come, inspect my roof, get me a timely quote and follow-through with me months later when I'd finished reviewing my options.
Work was done very quickly (7am to 1pm). Clean-up was good, a few missed items. No damage to plants, gardens, equipment, etc. Roof looks great. Even when an error was made (gutters were removed when only the gutter guards were supposed to be), Chris made sure I had new gutters 24 hours later, and no extra charge.
Absolutely recommend at least giving them a call if you are considering a roof.

After meeting with a number of roofing contractors and doing lots of homework we choose Rodas Construction because its a local company, they offer a great warranty, they received many great reviews. Chris Holland, the General Sales Manager was wonderful to work with. We had several contractors tell us that our insurance company is notorious for denying storm damage claims, but Chris reassured us that hed help up navigate the process and felt that we had a very good chance they would cover it based on the damage he had noted. Chris did all he could to provide our insurance with everything they requested. We were overjoyed when they agreed to pay for a brand new roof. Thank you Chris!!! Were so glad we decided to use Rodas for this major home improvement.

CEO And Director Of Productionread moreEnrique founded Rodas Construction LLC back in 2004 and holds the General Contractors License as well. He started in Virginia, working hard to build up his business and moving to Raleigh, North Carolina in 2010. He partnered with Steve Lineberry in 2014. Rodas Construction LLC has continued to grow in leaps and bounds. Enrique is focused on home improvements, in particular, additions and remodeling for residential and commercial buildings. He is the head of our Production Division and manages all our crews to keep all our jobs running smoothly. Production managers and office staff also report to him, ensuring all facets of Rodas Construction are operating correctly. He lives with his wife, Mina, and their son, and they enjoy playing soccer in their spare time. Enrique supports youth soccer leagues and enjoys coaching as well.

His specialty is decking, screened-in porches, and remodeling, as well as commercial and residential roofing. Steve is dedicated to the companys growth and expansion and handles all our marketing and advertising needs. His family has ties to the military and supports the Roofs for Troops program, which we participate in. He has two children and enjoys fishing, boating, and traveling with his wife, Stephanie. Steve coaches both his daughters softball team and travel softball team, as well as supports youth softball leagues.
