The Rosenstein family has been in North Carolina optometry for more than 100 years - when Dr. Aaron Rosenstein's great grandfather opened the practice in 1904. Since then, four Rosensteins have served in the optometric practice in the Raleigh-Durham area. In 1904, Dr. Nathan Rosenstein left New York to practice in Durham, NC, where he was issued the fourth license to practice optometry in the state.
