Our firm started when Sandy Rouse took a job at Edwards Funeral Home in Snow Hill, NC. Just 17 years old, Sandy worked seven days a week for little pay. A several years later he graduated from Dallas Institute to return to Snow Hill. At the age of 21, he was asked to be the Green County Coroner, where he served in this capacity for 12 years as well as 10 years in the State Medical Examiners System. In the 60's while serving as Green County Coroner, Sandy noticed an increase for the demand of Embalming and Transpotation.
