The Cumberland County Mental Health Center is dedicated to assuring best quality comprehensive services to kids and adults with Mental Illness, developmental disabilities and substance abuse problems. Services are rendered in a culturally sensitive manner and are created to empower persons toward becoming independent in the community and to maximize their quality of life. It is the policy of Cumberland County Mental Health Center that all information acquired in the course of treating or attending a customer of the Area Program and its contract agencies shall be held confidential.
