I was notified that royal carpet was coming, I met him at the door and he introduced himself and proceeded to Have me explain what I wanted. He was polite, seemed eager to do exactly what I wanted! Very personable and he did a terrific job! Even got a stain out the last cleaner didn't!

Well equiped to diagnose what's on your carpet and then effectivley remove it. Hard worker that makes it look easy. A gentleman through and through. NOT INEXPENSIVE, worth it.

I used royal for carpet and upholstery cleaning again, after they cleaned my white upholstered chairs a year ago. Everything looked and smelled fresh and clean, they were fast and friendly and easy to schedule, worked efficiently. Moved my furniture for me when cleaning the carpets, and left the old white chairs looking new again.
