RPL Management Resources

All of our Affirmative Action Plans are completely responsive to the implementing regulations for Executive Order 11246, as amended, The Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974. It is our policy to review firm employment structures, identify the establishment we believe require affirmative action programs and present this information to the customer. We then prepare AAPs for all the facilities or for those facilities the customer elects to have programs completed.
