In 1991, after 10 years industrial brush experience, Robert Serfas began R. S. Quality Products (RSQP) in Allentown, PA. The business began as a brush distributorship for industrial clients. The product line was gradually extended to include cleaning tools and color-coded products to suit client requirements. RSQP now supplies 1000's of quality products and expert advice (especially in color-coding systems) for manufacturing plants, food processors and distribution centers. It designs and manufactures custom brushes, handles, and scrapers for clients that have special needs.
