I wanted a large shed demolished in a somewhat difficult to access location behind my house. There were nearby obstacles that complicated the job - trees, a wooden porch, a canvas awning. Inside the shed were an electric line, gas and water lines that they had to deal with. JD and his crew demolished the shed mostly by hand, taking care not to cause collateral damage. Very friendly and capable guys. Highly recommended.

We called Rubbish Inc yesterday morning to rent a 20 yard dumpster for a lot of household junk that had built up over the years. They explained how everything worked and were able to bring the roll off dumpster the same day. We already filled it up and called them this morning to pick it up. They were a very easy company to work with.

I am doing a kitchen renovation, and my designer suggested I enlist my sons for the demolition to save money and then call Rubbish Inc to come take away the mess. This was all a little overwhelming to me, but she gave me excellent advice. The team showed up promptly (even a little early), piled everything into their truck (including appliances) incredibly fast, and swept up behind them.

I was amazed. And their load size estimate was totally fair, even generous I would say. They were very helpful and professional, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat! Well done, guys! You made that part easy!

A PLUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! The two guys showed up early to haul off remaining stuff from a duplex demo, but I was caught in Round Rock at IKEA (C minus---customer service) and was quite late getting to the job site. They were patiently waiting and had the BEST attitude. And even though my load was slightly over the 1/2 truck limit, they didn't charge any extra! Now where do you see THAT these days?!? What a breath of fresh air, even in the garbage business! I will definitely use this company again.

These folks were friendly on the phone, communicative, flexible in scheduling a pickup, and when they had truck troubles and had to reschedule for another day, they went above and beyond to make it right. Recommended.

HOLY MOLY these guys were AMAZING! Yesterday, I got a call from the City of Austin that one of my rental properties had been abandoned. I had no idea that my tenants just decided they couldn't afford rent and so they just up and left. They left old furniture, old appliances, tons of trash, etc. It was a very disheartening scene, and I knew I couldn't handle it on my own.

I called Rubbish Inc and they were able to come out the very next day. For LESS than the price of a dumpster delivery quote from another company, they brought a 20-cubic-yard dump truck and two men to do all the work for me. The whole house took them two hours. I'm so amazed! I feel so much better about the state of the house now that it's cleared out. Today's peace of mind is a total turn around from yesterday's panic. Thank you Nick and Trey! I have used this company twice and I am very satisfied. The first time using their service a big football player looking dude arrived alone. I had a large amount of debris, but my main concern was the cast iron tub on the second floor of my home. Nick, the big football player dude, cleaned out the debris by himself very quick. I thought he was going to call for backup to grab the cast iron tub because it is a four man job. Nope, this dude bear hugged the monster tub and dragged it down the steps with ease.

I was stunned. This tub was at least 300 hundred pounds. This guy should be playing football, crazy crazy crazy. The second time I used their service Nick and his crew arrived in less than 15 minutes after I called. They came on New Years Eve and nocked out the task. They do a great job and are a great price. The staff is very friendly and made the two transactions easy. I highly recommend them.

I was so happy to find this company. I found a Groupon for Rubbish Inc. and they were out the next day to help remove brush from my parents' home. They were very professional, courteous, and worked efficiently. I will be using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone in the Austin area.

They removed a bunch of trash and unwanted items from my garage and the shed out back. They even took several bulky things that I had been ignoring for some time because I just did not know the best way to get rid of them. They were very efficient and made short work of getting my garage and shed cleaned up. They even swept up & left everything cleaner than I ever expected it to be.

I am quote happy with the results! I spoke to Nick twice while scheduling the appointment because we had a minor miscommunication the first time and had to reschedule. But Nick made sure to work around my schedule and showed up on time the next day as we agreed. He and his partner were friendly and did a fabulous job. They did not hesitate to get everything cleaned up and considering that the shed was full of the previous owners junk that was covered in spider webs and there was a prior rat problem out there, it says a lot about their commitment to customer service. They took care of the nasty job that I have been avoiding and were friendly while doing it. I would definitely use this company again in the future.
