You have 15 days after delivery to notify us by phone or email of your intent to return or exchange your purchase. We'll respond with a return authorization number and clear shipping instructions for you. Never ship your rug without our return authorization. You'll be responsible for the full shipping cost for returning the rug to its original point of origin. Credit card payment will be refunded after the returned rug is received and inspected and found to be in like new condition.
