The Running Shop is excited to provide our 1st Training Group! Training for the Get Moving Tucson 10 Miler or 5K on October 9, 2010, we'll provide a training program for all. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced runner, runner/walker, or walker, our mission is to assist you reach your fitness aims complete this event injury free and cheerful! On Thursday, July 22, at 6 pm, we'll have a Kick Off and Informational Session here at the shop. Programs fees are only $75 for the 5K and $110 for the 10 Miler.
