Rural Employment Opportunities

REO is a non-profit corporation serving workers throughout Montana, one of more than fifty agencies nation-huge that operate the National Farmworker Jobs Program authorized by Congress. Most participants have a long-term history of ag employment, but work only seasonally and have annual earnings of less than $7, 500. About 100 participants each year (mostly non-migrant workers) receive intensive assessment, employment and training services. Historically, the success rate for these workers entering non-subsidized employment is over 70 percent.
