Artistic Concepts was created in 2003 by our Founder and Owner Mike Sullivan. Mike has a background as a General Contractor and Owner of successful stores where installation of products is a required part of the business. Mike realized there was a need for the products and services he now provides, and Rustic Decor Store was set up in the Scottsdale. Rustic Decor Store is situated at 7640 E. Gelding Drive, Suite B, Scottsdale, Arizona 85260.
