Cave Cavitt, President, thirty three years with Sadler's, started his career at 18 as a delivery person. His commitment and experience of the furniture industry propelled him to being named President of the National Home Furnishings Association, the biggest retail furniture association in the world. He remains on the Past President Council of the NHFA. Rachel Cavitt serves as Secretary/Treasurer. She is a past president of the Anchorage Better Business Bureau. She has served on the Interior Design Society's Board of Directors.
