Immediately had great service by a very friendly and patient women who answered my call. She was able to send a tech out that evening, the day before the 4th of July, to service my AC. The tech was professional and arrived on time. Communication was great. He answered all of my questions and was patient. The diagnosis was clear and he gave me options.
I was currently not able to put in a new unit but he didn't give me any flack for it. Instead he was very understanding and got to work very quickly on the fix. He made sure to go over what to expect. I am so happy I went with this company. I'm a single mom with a house full of kids and rely on honest trustworthy people to help me. For the last 9 years since I had my A/C installed (by a different company), I have been living with the fact that I had little to no airflow upstairs. Daniel and Andre came to do a tune-up on my system and they were able to diagnose my issue which was that there was one 8-inch duct that fed my entire upstairs among other things. Samson and JP came to do the duct work, insulate my attic, and add a hard-start kit to my unit and discovered (once cutting through the drywall) that the issue was even worse than we had thought.
There was a 6-inch duct feeding the 8-inch duct for my entire upstairs, which was only connected with tape. It became a much larger hassle for them than they originally anticipated but they were friendly, communicative, and determined to solve the issue despite the hiccups. By the end of the day, my A/C was blowing plenty of air to my upstairs bedrooms and running as it should.
Every person who has shown up here from Same Day has been friendly, attentive, and thorough. They all seem to genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. They go above and beyond to make sure that happens, even vacuuming up debris from the carpet when they were done. I have never had anyone do that before. Thank you for all the care and for giving me the gift of comfort this summer in my previously sweltering upstairs rooms!

Brandon was very professional he did a great job! My system is only 3 years old but the company who installed it are so rude when I call the office I didn't even want to deal with them. Then I saw this giant billboard in town for Same Day and I'm so glad I called them! Same Day Is my new heating and AC company forever! Incredible service! Came in found the problem (that other hvac companies missed) very informative of how to properly upkeep and I had a new system within a couple days.
