Medical Center in Santa Clarita, CA Rev. Samuel Dixon established the 1st Samuel Dixon Family Health Center over twenty years ago in the community of Val Verde, CA. Today we serve all residents of the Santa Clarita Valley. Our goal is to enhance wellness by delivering quality outpatient health care programs and services, health education, community resources and referrals. We like to assure that all our neighbors and friends have approach to affordable quality primary care. We make a special effort to cover the uninsured and under-insured residents of Santa Clarita Valley.
