Health Club in San Jose, CA Mr. Riesenhuber established Prime Physique Fitness Specialists in 1994 and has worked with over 4, 000 customers since it's inception in 1997. He is the lead instructor at our Campbell Boot Camp Location. In 1994, he obtained his BS degree in Fitness and Business from San Jose State University. His credentials include Core Conditioning, Biomechanics, and Functional Training. In addition, Mr. Riesenhuber holds the Adventure Boot Camp Instructor certification and is a Golf Fitness Pro. In 2008, Brett was certified as a Russian Kettlebell Instructor and in TRX Suspension training.

Each day, camp will be approximately 45-minutes in length starting as early as 4:45 am. What if I'm not very physically fit?
