SAVANT ESTATES is one of the preeminent domestic and commercial Real state firms in Santa Barbara, California. Following his DNA in entrepreneurialism, Savant Estates was established in 2005, by Owner/Broker Nathaniel Briner with over ten years knowledge in Real Estate Sales, and over twenty years knowledge in Real Estate Construction as the son of a contractor. Nathaniel was born and raised in Santa Barbara and is an eighth generation Santa Barbaran.
