We do require a credit card or gift card number to secure the appointment. When you make an appointment, the designated time is reserved solely for you. Therefore, we ask that you please arrive 15-30 minutes early for your appointment. Should you arrive late, it might cut into your reserved time. Deposits can be refunded if the reservation is cancelled within our cancellation policy (see below).
