Schmidt Engineering and Surveying. Has been a civil engineering company in Topeka, Kansas since 1963. It was founded by John G. Schmidt, Jr. Our team is dedicated to delivering our customers with the highest quality service possible, while maintaining a schedule and budget designed to fit the requirements of each project. We provide a comprehensive array of civil engineering, master planning and surveying solutions to our customers. We currently have groups within the firm for transportation, commercial and domestic development, educational and medical facilities.
