Began in May, 1992 by Kevin Schrack, PT, Southside Physical Therapy had its beginnings at the Franklin location under the name Franklin Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy. Since the office was under construction, primarily home patients were seen in the Franklin/Southampton County area until construction was completed in August, 1992. The practice thrived, and in 1995 a 2nd office was purchased in Chesapeake. That same year, the Franklin office moved to a bigger space.
