In conjunction with our subsidiary, Security Self Storage, we own and operate 14 self-storage facilities, totaling over 1, 350, 000 square feet of storage throughout Florida. Currently, we're in the process of developing a facility in Palm Beach County, for an additional 90, 000 sq ft. Located in Lake Worth, Florida, we're 55 dedicated specialists striving to maximize the value of our Self Storage Portfolio, through detail oriented, day to day management. We employ 8 people in our corporate office and over 45 throughout our self-managed facilities.
