SEFNCO Communications was established in 1998 by current CEO, Scott Nall. The firm started with four coaxial splicing trucks and a desire to raise the bar on the standard of quality that was being offered in telecommunications construction service. Helping to found the firm were employees that possessed this same determination and devotion to superior quality and service in a rapidly expanding industry. SEFNCO Communications started its operations from a five acre construction yard in Buckley, Washington.
