Senior Health Foundation

SHF started developing senior specific computer education classes in 1994. That year, two of our team members began their Masters Degree programs in Computers in Education, and over the next two years focused their studies on senior computer learning requirements. This work fueled SHF's computer education program and the 1st set of senior specific Basic computer classes were offered. During the next 12 years over 10, 000 senior students were taught in SHF classrooms, allowing the team to evolve a lot of experience and expertise from which to draw senior educational methodologies and evolve senior specific computer classes and materials.
