Darlene, RDH I chose the area of dentistry for its flexibility; but I stay here because I love to be capable to assist my patients achieve the optimum in health, comfort and beauty for their smile. Dr. Shaffer has been creating pretty smiles since 1981. A graduate of the University of Pacific, Stockton he received his B. S. And M. S. Degrees in micro-biology. Graduating in 1981 from U. O. P. Dental School, Dr. Shaffer opened a private practice in his hometown of Hayward.
