School-wide events sponsored by the library include a Read Aloud Pajama Day. The library's spacious, light-filled rooms and well-stocked shelves demonstrate the value the Sherman community places on literacy, as well as its belief that reading and learning are a lifelong source of empowerment and joy. Sherman Elementary has a thriving garden that does double duty of being an exploratory green space as well as our outdoor classroom - because science comes alive outside!
