The team got me more than I thought I was going to receive but, after the settlement had been signed and was ready for dispersal somebody from the opposing side came out of left field and essentially committed fraud to try and shake us down for more money that they were not legally entitled to. Unfortunately this person did have the ability to tie the thing up in the courts for an almost unlimited amount of time and Dave and Joe specifically but the entire shiner team fought like hell for me and put in a lot of time and effort that went above and beyond because they are good people and as they say they can't stand to see the little guy get bullied by a massive corporation
