Simply Yoga

My vision is to provide flow. We become so rigid in our bodies that our bodies forget what it feels like to move and be free. Yoga for me enables my body to flow with ease and grace. I plan to continue with this tradition of movement with Shiva Rea(my teacher) In 2001 I became a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200 hour level. My goal in 2010 is to finish my 500 hour level with Shiva in California. So feel free to come join me and others in a good safe small space as we enjoy riding the wave of your breath together.
