We specialize in New Single-Family Housing, Commercial, and Institutional Building Construction. Situated in Glendale, we serve the whole Southern California area. Sipan Import Co. Is a direct importer of quality exotic hardwood and stone flooring. Our offices and warehouse is situated in Glendale, and we ship worldwide.
