I have always found when I take that time for myself, no matter how I feel on the inside, it will always change my outlook. I've always been taught that as life changes so should your skincare. I've been able to find a few positives about living life behind a mask, such as: never worrying if I have food in my teeth, choosing what color lipstick to wear, not rushing to find a breath mint after lunch, and being able to crawl out of bed, throw my mask on and run errands without concern of being seen.
