The Invisicare patents cover manufacturing, composition and use. Additionally, Skinvisible has been granted three product specific patents in the US for dermal barrier products, sunscreens (photostability of avobenzone) and retinoids (stabilization). There are a number of U.S. and international (PCT) patents pending, with many more patent applications in progress.
