Sleep Medicine Center

The Sleep Medicine Centers of Western New York was established in 2002 by Daniel I. Rifkin. It has since grown to 33 beds with centers all over Western New York and in Florida as well. He has been joined by partner Dr. Sandra Block expanding their expertise in pediatric sleep medicine and clinical research. Dr. Kenneth Halliwell, who recently completed his sleep medicine fellowship at the University at Buffalo, is the newest addition to the group.
