Better results are obtained when treatment for these problems begin BEFORE any symptoms are shown. To catch these potential problems early, we recommend that blood be drawn and tested annually. This can be done at the same time as your pet's heartworm test, or it can be completed during any appointment. Year-round we can perform a heartworm test in our lab or we can send your pets blood sample to Antech laboratories for a heartworm test in addition to a complete wellness profile.

The doctors will inject a chip the size of a grain of rice into your pet which will give him a unique identification number. This allows vets, shelters, and other groups to identify your pet. We recommend Microchipping for all pets, especially dogs and cats who spend time outdoors. We offer two different prices depending on whether you are having the chip inserted during an appointment or a surgery.

The wellness program will cover your pet's health needs for vaccines, parasite testing, deworming, and wellness health exams. Your pet is at risk until the entire series of vaccines is completed. Puppies and kittens should start their veterinary visits at 8 weeks of age. Your pet will need between 3-4 visits; this is determined by their age, time of first visit, & current vaccine status.

CO2 lasers produce an invisible beam that vaporizes the water normally found in skin and other soft tissue. The laser beam can be precisely controlled so it can remove or cut a small portion of tissue at one time while leaving the surrounding tissue unaffected. Less Pain - Less anesthesia can be used causing less complication because the laser seals nerve endings as it "cuts".
