Snelling Search

Our story starts when Howard Harlson, a transportation industry executive, acquired a Snelling Personnel Services franchise in Northwest Arkansas. Within a few months, Howard made the decision to focus entirely on management and executive search in the transportation industry, primarily the trucking segment. The company became known as Snelling Search-Transportation Division and for more than a decade through the 90's and early 2000's, Snelling Search -Bentonville became synonymous with excellence in recruiting talented specialists for the trucking industry.
